Expected delivery times during holidays

To ensure you don't get stung by holiday delays, make sure you get in touch with the Supplier ahead of time to ask what timeframe to expect. While you can see the default delivery time in Kaddy Marketplace, it's worth dropping each Supplier you want to order from a line to ensure you get your products in time. Remember each delivery comes directly from the Supplier, so the Kaddy Team can't check this for you. Make sure to contact the Supplier directly for questions and clarification. 

To get in touch with a specific supplier you can find their contact details in the ‘View Contacts’ button on each Supplier profile or alternatively, you can shoot them a direct message via the Kaddy messaging feature. If you have any hiccups when getting in touch with suppliers let us know. 


As with any holiday ordering, the best thing to do is be prepared and order early!
