How can I edit or cancel an order?

If you are unable to fulfil an order for any reason, you can easily cancel this yourself. Head to the Orders dashboard, select the order in question and there is an option to cancel the order at the bottom of the page. 

If you need to edit or amend an order, you can simply cancel and re-submit the order on behalf of the Buyer with the correct items and charges. Alternatively, you can ask us to cancel and resubmit it for you, or in some cases, we can amend the order. Simply reach out to your Supplier rep directly or via the enquiry form.

Important: If you need to make order cancellations or amendments (including changes to estimated delivery dates) always reach out to the Buyer to keep them in the loop. You can direct message your Buyers with via the 'Messages' tab in the platform.
