How can I create a new user?

Having separate logins for everyone using your Kaddy account is a smart move. Consider adding sales reps to process orders, accounts contacts to access invoicing and payment information, and a marketing contact to help you promote your partnership with Kaddy to new and existing customers.

To create new users, please fill out this form with their full name, email address and phone number with a quick note to say which account you want to add them to and what their role is. 

Remember to update the contact information under your Company Settings if the new user will serve as the main point of contact for ordering, accounts, or logistics, or assign them as a Sales Rep in the New Connections section or for individual Buyers.

Tip:  You can have multiple contacts receiving notifications regarding orders or invoicing within the Notifications tab.
