How to place an order

Placing an order on Kaddy is as quick and easy as ordering from Uber Eats. Follow the steps below to get cracking:

Once you are connected to a Supplier, you’re able to start ordering! 

1. Search for the Supplier you want to order from, browse through the latest products on the Discover Page, or refine your search using our tags and filters - then, simply click the cart button on individual products to add them to your order. Remember you can order from multiple Suppliers on the one transaction! 
2. Confirm quantities and check if there are any deals available - you will see a tag below the product if a supplier has enabled deals. Prices will reflect any discounts you have agreed upon with the Supplier, as long as they have activated them for you within the platform. Once you've finished building your order, access your Shopping Cart at any time at the top right of the page. 
3. You can enter delivery instructions or preferred delivery date under "Additional Info". You can add these per Supplier if you have individual requests. Note that Kaddy works on a default 2 day delivery ETA which will be updated by the supplier when an order is accepted 
4. Kaddy has flexible payment terms so you can choose to either ‘Pay Now’ with credit card or ‘Pay Later’ via EFT and click ‘Complete Order’. 
5. For orders of over $2,000 please fill out this credit application. You will only need to complete this form once and you'll be able to order from all of our Suppliers. We're currently working on more flexible payment terms and methods, please keep an eye on your inbox to find out when they're rolled out.
