When can I expect delivery on orders?

The default delivery timeframe is two days from when an order is approved by both the Supplier and the Buyer. When a Supplier approves your order they can change the estimated delivery date accordingly. 

Delivery is handled by the Suppliers completely. If you have any further questions while your order is 'Pending Delivery' reach out to them directly. Their contact details are on their profile. You can also shoot them a direct message using the messaging feature within the platform.

Please note that if you're ordering from several Suppliers within one transaction, each Supplier will deliver them separately, so they are likely to turn up at different times. Make sure you're contacting the right Supplier when following up on deliveries. You can add delivery notes on the whole order, or for each Supplier if you have a preference for dates and times.
