Why hasn’t the Buyer approved my order yet?

We send an email to your Buyers as soon as you've turned in an order for their approval. If the order is left pending for some time, we suggest contacting the Buyer directly either off the platform or through the 'Messages' tab within Kaddy Marketplace.

Important: Please ensure that your customer has approved the order before dispatching the stock. Until the order has been approved, no payment terms have been confirmed by the customer and therefore Kaddy Marketplace cannot guarantee payment.
